OPTIMIZATION OF CELLULASE PRODUCTION FROM Apergillus flavipes BY SUBMERGED AND SOLID STATE FERMENTATION

Cellulase are important class of enzymes that has potential applications in textile, biofuel, food and feed industry. Fungi such as Aspergillus, Trichoderma reliable sources cellulase production. Optimisation multiple parameters is required for efficient production high titers both SmF SSF. Carbon lactose, maltose, cellulose, nitrogen including ammonium dihydrogen phosphate beef extract enhance activities.
