چکیده

Cellulase are important class of enzymes that has potential applications in textile, biofuel, food and feed industry. Fungi such as Aspergillus, Trichoderma reliable sources cellulase production. Optimisation multiple parameters is required for efficient production high titers both SmF SSF. Carbon lactose, maltose, cellulose, nitrogen including ammonium dihydrogen phosphate beef extract enhance activities. Thiamine, Nicotinic acid all metal chlorides except CuCl2 enhanced Based on the one factor at a time model, optimum medium was designed which produced 0.767 FPU/ml by SmF. Maximum CMCase, FPase activity protein were pH 4.5 150 rpm with working volume ratio (wvr) 0.2. The 4.6 fold higher than un-optimized media. SSF an ideal fermentation method fungi. pNPG activities recorded 50% moisture level, 5.0 below 40 °C. Wheat bran acted best carbon source FPase, CMCase (5.6 IU/g, 17 IU/g 14 source) A. flavipes thus acts perfect fungal

Cellulase Production Under Solid-State Fermentation by Ethanolic Zygomycetes Fungi: Application of Response Surface Methodology

Background and Objectives: Cellulase is an important enzyme with multiple applications in industries, including food, laundry, pharmaceutical, textile, pulp, paper and biofuel industries. Solid-state fermentation (SSF) is a method for cellulase production, which includes several advantages, compared to submerged fermentation. In this study, cellulase was produced by three filamentous fungi, i.e...

Production and optimization of cellulase from Fusarium oxysporum by submerged fermentation

Fusarium oxysporum, isolated from infected tomato plant parts, produced maximum cellulase at optimum parameters (pH, 6.0; temp., 50°C; and incubation period, 12 d) in cellulase enzyme production broth having 1% CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose) as a cellulose substrate. Activities of purified cellulases (mol wt, 24, 29 and 45 kDa) were stimulated by concentrations (0-70 mM) of Na and Mg, while EDT...

Improvement of Fungal Cellulase Production by Mutation and Optimization of Solid State Fermentation

Spores of Aspergillus sp. SU14 were treated repeatedly and sequentially with Co(60) γ-rays, ultraviolet irradiation, and N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine. One selected mutant strain, Aspergillus sp. SU14-M15, produced cellulase in a yield 2.2-fold exceeding that of the wild type. Optimal conditions for the production of cellulase by the mutant fungal strain using solid-state fermentation we...

Optimization of solid state fermentation conditions for the production of cellulase by Trichoderma reesei.

Cellulase production studies have been carried out using the fungal strain Trichoderma reesei NCIM 992 by using three different lignocellulosic materials by solid state fermentation (SSF). The effect of basic fermentation parameters (pH, temperature, moisture content, particle size of substrate and moistening agent) on enzyme production was studied. Maximum cellulase production was 2.63 U ml(-1...

Solid State Fermentation for Production of Chitosan by Aspergillus Niger

The effect of Solid State Fermentation (SSF) on Chitosan production by A. niger was investigated. A. niger BBRC 20004 from Biochemical and Bioenvironmental Research Centre of Sharif University of Technology (Tehran, Iran), was grown on corn residue. Chitosan was extracted from the fungal mycelia using hot alkaline and acid treatment. A. niger was incubated for 12 days on corn residue with moist...
